Cancellation Policy for Yale Transportation powered by Anton Limo

Reservation information contained is considered true and accurate unless otherwise corrected by notifying us. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us immediately. Any trip failure due to errors not corrected by the booker or passenger for this reservation may be charged the total trip cost. A full trip charge will apply if the passenger fails to contact our office at 203-916-4455, 1-833-477-8899. Cancellations must be called into the office; email cancellations are not acceptable.

Wait Time & Cancellations..

For any Stretch or Van reservation, any cancellation less than 7 days prior to the date of reservation, will be subject to a full charge.

For airport pick-ups, a 30-minute grace period for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights, is given after a posted flight arrival time. Waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate per hour or any part thereof.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be charged in full. If a customer fails to be at a designated pick-up location, a “No Show” fee equal to the cost of the trip, gratuity, wait time, and all other out of pocket costs will be charged to the customer.

If a customer cannot locate the chauffeur, first call the chauffeur’s telephone number provided, and then call (203) 916-4455 (dispatch), if there is still a problem.

For all other pickups, a 15 min grace period is given. Waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate per hour or any part thereof. Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be charged in full.

We are not responsible for passenger flights or trains which are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the cancellation policy. We will exact our best effort to fulfill client needs in these instances subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings without detriment to other reserved clients.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN OUR VEHICLES. Failure to comply will result in a cleanup fee and the chauffeur may terminate the trip with no refund.

Lost and/or Stolen Items: Anton Limousine does not accept responsibility of lost, stolen or damaged valuables or personal effects.

NON-Refundable Deposits: All reservations, with the exception of airport and train station transportation, will be charged a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit that corresponds to the specific vehicle being reserved. All non-refundable deposit amounts are applied to the full balance of the reservation made.

Credit Card Policy: Using a Debit Card, our system places an authorization hold on the funds in the bank account. Its “Freezes” these funds for 5-7 days. We cannot release the funds. Per our policy, we will not be responsible for overdraft charges you incur.
